By using Sales Buddy you agree to these terms with Gosotek Technology Private Limited. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

Sales Buddy is a shop book. It helps you record stock, sales, udhaar, staff, and related shop work. It is not a bank, not a GST filing portal, and not legal or tax advice.

Your shop

You own the data you type. You are responsible for prices, GST figures, bills you send, and staff you invite. Keep your PIN, password, and shop code private.

Accounts

One owner account per shop on the live server. Staff join only with the shop code you share. You must be 18 or older, or use the app under a parent or shop owner who is 18 or older.

Acceptable use

Do not break the law, attack the service, scrape other shops, or upload anyone else’s data without permission. We may pause or close an account that harms other users or the service.

Availability

We try to keep the live server up. We do not promise zero downtime. Keep a backup of your shop book.

Liability

The app is provided as-is. To the extent Indian law allows, Gosotek Technology Private Limited is not liable for lost sales, lost stock records, or tax mistakes. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the last three months, or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing.

Law

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
